introduction:
The product can be used as riser topping for iron and steel castings, extending solidification time and extending feeding capacity of riser.

Characteristic:

  1. This production has a high calorific value and good heat-insulating property, heat local melted metal to 1650℃
  2. With good insulation capacity, a porous cover is formed rapidly during the EA contact with molten metal.
  3. The EA has good spreadability and good slag coagulation effect.
  4. The EA can be used in the production of stainless steel without carburizing and contamination of the molten metal.

5.Low additions are safe, easy, and economical to use.

APPLICATION GUIDE:

  1. The EA should be applied onto the molten metal in short poured riser (50% full)
  2. Do not overfill or overflow riser.
  3. Additional metal should not be added following addition of EA to the riser..

Caution:
The EA should be kept in cool and dry place. Keep away from open flame or
heat source.  Maintain Fire Extinguishing equipment accessibility in close     proximity to storage area.

PACKING
Packed in N.W. 25KG plastic bags.
