FT300 SERIES EXOTHERMIC-INSULATING RISER SLEEVES
FT300 series are produced using light weight thermal insulating materials providing high value feeding compounds with no contamination of the alloy. FT300 series provides improved feeding efficiency and generates clean returns due to less heat generation, good ventilation, high refractory features.
FT300 series have the characteristics of low density, high strength and reliance and can be used in the production of medium to large steel and iron castings.
Available in cylindrical, elliptical, necked-in, slant neck and matching riser cover.
FT400 SERIES EXOTHERMIC-INSULATING PANEL
FT400 series are produced using light weight thermal insulating materials with a major benefit of having the ability to conform to angular surfaces. The panel may be bent for ease of transportation and for easy installation. FT400 can be used in the production of medium to large steel and iron castings.
FM100 SERIES EXOTHERMIC-INSULATING RISER SLEEVES
FM100 series have excellent advantages of low density, high accuracy and good mechanical strength performance which are well suited for small to medium castings. Riser sleeves may be incorporated during or inserted after molding.
FT500 SERIES EXOTHERMIC-INSULATING RISER SLEEVES
FT500 series have excellent advantages of low density, high accuracy and good mechanical strength performance which are well suited for small to medium steel and iron castings. Riser sleeves may be incorporated during or inserted after molding.
FT500 are available as open and blind riser sleeves.
