A brief Introduction of Jinan Shengquan Group Co., Ltd.

Jinan Shengquan Group Co., Ltd. (SQ) is located in Chemical Industrial Park, Zhangqiu, Jinan 1979.  It covers 1200 acres and employs more than 2000 workers. Registered capital of SQ is 3.216 million Yuan and its total assets are 2 billion Yuan. At present, SQ’s trademark is being the top name in foundry materials in China.  It is also the leader in Chinese industry in areas such as sales incomes, production capacity, tax and profit, production quality, technique level, and management ability. It has been successfully listed as one of the top five foundry auxiliary materials factories in the world. 

The eight-branch company of SQ Group is comprised of Shandong Shengquan Chemical Co., Ltd., Shanghai Shengquan Foundry Material Co., Ltd., Yingkou Shengquan Hepworth Chemical Co., Ltd., Jilin Shengquan Beijin Chemical Co., Ltd., Chengwu Shengquan Beijin Chemical Co., Ltd., Jinan Foundry Material Co., Ltd., Jinan Shengquan Beijin Ceramic Filter Co., Ltd., and Jinan Hepworth Resin Co., Ltd.  All of the above are equity-controlled companies and wholly owned by SQ Group.

SQ works on the utilization of crop stalks such as maize cob (corn cob) and continues the development of this product. SQ has become an expert on biology energy (bioengineering??????) and biochemistry production. SQ produces more than ten series and 120 kinds of furan resin, phenolic resin, ceramic foam filters, etc. Specialization serialization and enlarged scale of SQ has been formed. (I have no idea… serialization has something to do with converting data into a sequence, but not sure if this is what they are trying to communicate???) SQ also is focusing efforts on the utilization of waste products and the realization that heat and electricity supply energy to each other.  It is also producing alcohol. SQ takes 1/3 of the Chinese market share in the industry. SQ sales reach Europe, Southeast Asia and 40 other countries and regions.  People say… “if you want to buy resin, go to China”.  We say… “if you want the best resin….go to SQ, Jinan”.

SQ uses talent as the base, technique as the guide, and innovation as the core of development thinking for the company. Currently, we employ over 60 post-graduates and advanced technical staff. We have organized a high-level management support team and research development group. With respect to our scientific research and quality guarantee, we started the first provincial enterprise technical center named "Shengquan Group Technical Center." This technical center focuses on what Shengquan does best and out of this center comes some of our best thinkers.  This two-fold aspect keeps us on top of our scientific research and innovation while still maintaining the highest quality in our products both domestically and internationally.

In looking to our future, we aim to be internationally known as a superior producer of chemical materials and agricultural by-products.  We want to have a producing capacity that reaches as high as 800 thousand tons and to have us reach a profit of 6 billion RMB (Yuan).  We also are putting our focus on building a brand name furan chemical industry known throughout the world so we can finally see into realization our aim to, “build a strong Shengquan, benefit humanity.”
